Together, we discuss project dreams, priorities, design and budget parameters.
We integrate with your existing design team to develop project plans that include property location, site development, building orientation, septic, well and utility considerations, and permitting. If your design team has not yet been established, we can point you in the right direction.
At this stage we further develop budget parameters by providing a clear, comprehensive and transparent budget that includes realistic allowances for finishes. This process can take from between 10 to over 100 hours depending on the site and scope of the project and a non-refundable retainer may be requested at this point. Any retainer will be applied to any signed contract.

Contract Signing & Deposit
A contract is executed based on previous budget pricing and including an agreed upon payment schedule.
We acquire necessary permits, then build, manage and supervise the construction team in order to deliver an excellent project in a timely manner. Final selections such as plumbing fixtures, cabinets, lighting, appliances, flooring and others are made during this phase of the process. A designer is available to help with selections if desired.
Communication is key to ensure that your finished space aligns with your needs and desires. We schedule meetings at regular intervals during construction as necessary with owner and design team to keep those lines of communication open and to keep you informed regarding the targeted completion date.
Create & Complete Punchlist
A punch list is a final list of small finishing items included in the original contract that need to be completed before move-in.
